Project content: Complete the preparation, cataloging, registration, and indexing of documents for the Department of Health, Executive Yuan
Project achievements:Completed the creation and preparation of 460,000 documents within three months in 2003 with 130 registration and preparation personnel to achieve the mission assigned by the client. Apart from critical acclaim from the Department of Health for our high quality work and strict process control, we won a contract for another year. By July 2004, we completed a total of 600,000 documents to smoothly achieve the client's target.
