To respect for the copyright of others, if any part of the content contained in this website or the use of the service of this website by users has committed copyright infringement, TGIC take copyright protection measures with reference to Chapter VI-1 Limitations on Liability for Internet Service Providers of the Copyright Act of the Republic of China. These measures may include removal or blocking the access of relevant contents. Where a user is found involving in alleged copyright infringement for three or more times as determined by TGIC, TGIC shall terminate part or whole of the user’s service.

  • Objection of the defendant
    If you are accused of copyright infringement by the copyright owner and do not agree to the accusation, please fill out the “Copyright Resumption Notice.” After providing supporting details and making your claims in the notice, please sign or affix your personal chop to the form before delivering it to us by fax or by email (please scan the Copyright Infringement Notice and attach to us).

  • TGIC management policy
    1. After receiving the Copyright Infringement Notice from the copyright owner, TGIC will remove the copyrighted content claimed by the owner and notify members involved in the case based on their contact information registered or left at TGIC. TGIC may provide, as appropriate, the personal information, including name, email, or phone number, of the copyright owner for the involved members for them directly communicate with each (one) another to settle the dispute. TGIC will inform the copyright owner to submit relevant information if his/her report is incomplete.
    2. Please note that no part of the content deleted by TGIC for copyright infringement will be recoverable. Where a user is found involving in alleged copyright infringement for three or more times as determined by TGIC, TGIC shall terminate part or whole of the user’s service.
    3. Disagreeing to a copyright infringement accusation, the defendant may submit the notice to TGIC to forward his/her objection to the copyright owner. TGIC will inform the copyright owner to submit relevant information if his/her report is incomplete. After receiving the said notice, TGIC will immediately forward it to the copyright owner. Where the copyright owner fails to submit evidence for his/her accusation within ten workdays after receiving such notice, the defendant may re-upload the said content to the website.
    4. If the information provided in the notice submitted by the copyright owner or member is incomplete, TGIC may notify them to supplement the required information at the email or fax they provide.
    5. The copyright owner or the member shall complete supplementing the required information within five work days after receiving the supplementation notice.
    6. Referring to our privacy policy, this website can provide a third party with information adequate to identify a user only under relevant laws and regulations or at the request of a government agency, except with the approval of such user or for the purpose of service provision. For this reason, after a copyright owner reports a copyright infringement case, TGIC will only remove relevant contents at the request of the copyright owner without providing him/her the information of the user(s) being accused of copyright infringement. If the copyright owner wishes to obtain the information of such user(s), he/she must press relevant charges at a district prosecutors’ office or the criminal investigation bureau of the police department. TGIC will provide the information of relevant user(s) after receiving a written request of the said government agencies.
